Pay Your Age Membership

Pay-Your-Age Membership Agreement

By joining the Pay-Your-Age Membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Tee Time Availability:

• Members may play Monday through Thursday at any time.
• Additional play is allowed on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and observed holidays after 4:30 p.m.

Tee Time Reservations:

• Tee times must be booked online no more than 48 hours in advance to qualify for the pay-your-age rate.

Check-In & Identification:

• All players must check in with valid ID in the golf shop at least 20 minutes before their tee time.

Golf Cart Usage:

• A valid driver’s license is required to operate a golf car.

Course Etiquette & Pace of Play:

• Players must follow the designated hole order unless instructed otherwise by golf shop staff.
• Members agree to complete 18 holes in 4 hours and 15 minutes or less.
• All cart path rules and policies must be followed.

Alcohol Policy:

• Olde Homestead is the exclusive provider of alcoholic beverages on the property. Members and guests are strictly prohibited from bringing alcohol on the property.
• All alcohol consumers must be 21 years of age or older.
• Violations will result in immediate membership cancellation, and law enforcement may be contacted.

Respect & Conduct:

• Members are expected to show respect for the game, the golf course, fellow members, employees, and all guests of Olde Homestead Golf Club. This includes fixing your balls marks plus others seen on all greens as well as replacing and seeding all divots.

Gratuities:

• Tipped employees provide valuable service and should be compensated accordingly.
• Suggested tipping is as follows:
  • Food and beverage staff should receive an 18-22% gratuity for good service.
  • Outside golf staff should be tipped as follows:
  • $1-$2 per bag carried
  • $2-$5 per golf cart cleaning (tips may be left on the steering wheel)
• A culture of tipping among Pay-Your-Age Members is encouraged and expected.

Liability & Damages:

• Members are responsible for any damage caused to the golf course, property, or golf cars.
• $500, $1,000 or $1,500 will be charged to the member's card immediately for any damage incurred based on our experience. Refunds or additional charges will be applied upon completion of repairs.

Dress Code:

• Proper golf attire is required.
• Denim, cut-off shorts, and t-shirts are not permitted.
• Hats, if worn, must face forward.

Failure to comply with any of these policies may result in the loss of membership privileges.
