Course FAQ’s

Cart Return Times are as follows:

9-Hole Policy: Limited 9-hole play is available on our 18-hole course Monday through Thursday and after 4:00 PM on Friday through Sunday. Applicable rates are subject to change based on the day of the week.

To ensure a quality experience for everyone, all persons on the course must be paying players. We do not allow ride-alongs or non-playing cart passengers.

Dress code is as follows: Proper golf attire is required on course grounds at all time. No denim, cut-offs, or t-shirts. Collared shirts and golf shorts or trousers are required. Hats must be worn forward. Non-compliance may result in loss of playing privileges.

Up to 6 people can play together at The Potato par 3.

We accept cash or check.  If you choose to pay by credit card, a 3.25% service charge will be added on to your total.

Yes, we have clubs you can rent for our 18-Hole course which include brand name clubs including Titleist, Wilson and Mizuno and  as well as our 9-Hole Par 3 course which has smaller sets of 4 clubs and a putter by Wilson. We do have a limited number of clubs for rent so it is first come first serve. You can call our golf shop to let us know you will need to rent clubs. 

The Golden Potato is a promotion Olde Homestead is running June 15th-21st,2026 at The Potato Par 3 course. Hit a Hole-In-One on the #1 Hole of The Potato Par 3 course during the promotion week and win $5,000. 

Olde Homestead hosts leagues for groups, organizations, and companies that enjoy weekly camaraderie and friendly competition. Individuals interested in joining a league can contact our staff, and we will help connect them with league organizers who have openings available.

Cart Fees are $25 per person in 2026

To avoid charges, tee times must be canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled tee time.

We understand that unexpected situations can occur. If you need to cancel or adjust your reservation, please contact the golf shop before your scheduled tee time. Guests who communicate with us in advance regarding a cancellation, late arrival, or other unforeseen circumstance will generally not be charged.

Guests who fail to arrive for their reservation without contacting the golf shop (“no-shows”) will be charged the full applicable greens fees for all reserved players.

For group reservations, if the number of players arriving is two or more fewer than originally booked and advance notice was not provided, the reservation holder may be charged the full applicable greens fees for the missing players.

Repeated no-shows, late cancellations, or short-shows may result in restrictions on future tee time booking privileges.

If you have any questions about this policy or need assistance with a reservation, please contact the golf shop as soon as possible.

Greens fees at Olde Homestead vary based on demand, time of day, and season. Most rates fall within a range of approximately $44-$100 per player on the weekends and between $40 and $85 on weekdays in 2026, although rates may be lower or higher depending on availability and market conditions. The best way to view current pricing is through our online booking system.

Annual Member

Annual Members have unrestricted playing privileges and may play anytime Monday through Sunday, including holidays.

Annual Member Cart & Walking Policy

• Annual Members may walk at any time when walking is permitted by course policy.
• A cart fee is required when riding.
• Walking is not permitted on Fridays, weekends, and holidays before 4:00 PM. During these times, members are required to use a golf cart and pay the applicable cart fee.
• After 4:00 PM on Fridays, weekends, and holidays, members may either walk or ride.

Annual Member Included Benefits

• Unlimited use of the Practice Facility (Driving Range) at no additional charge.
• Unlimited rounds on The Potato Par 3 Course at no additional charge.

Annual Member Tee Time Reservations

• Tee times may be booked up to 21 days in advance by phone, in person, or online.

5-Day Anniversary Member

5-Day Anniversary Members may play Monday through Friday anytime, except on holidays. Cart fee is required. Tee times may be booked up to 14 days in advance by phone, in person, or online.

7-Day Anniversary Member

7-Day Anniversary Members may play Monday through Friday anytime. On weekends and holidays, they may play before 7:00 AM or after 11:00 AM. Cart fee is required. Tee times may be booked up to 14 days in advance by phone, in person, or online. There are no time restrictions from October 1 through April 30.

Gold Member

Gold Members may play Monday through Friday anytime. On weekends and holidays, they may play after 4:00 PM. Cart fee is required. Tee times may be booked up to 14 days in advance by phone, in person, or online. There are no time restrictions from October 1 through April 30.

Platinum Member

Platinum Members may play Monday through Friday anytime. On weekends and holidays, they may play before 8:00 AM or after 11:00 AM. Cart fee is required. Tee times may be booked up to 14 days in advance by phone, in person, or online. There are no time restrictions from October 1 through April 30.

Diamond Member

Diamond Members may play Monday through Thursday after 12:00 PM and Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and holidays after 1:30 PM. Tee times may be booked up to 14 days in advance online or 7 days in advance by phone or in person. There are no time restrictions from November 1 through March 31.

At Olde Homestead Golf Club, we understand that weather can interrupt a great day of golf. Our goal is to be fair and provide every guest with an enjoyable experience.

If inclement weather prevents you from completing your round, a rain check will be issued based on the number of holes played. The value of the rain check will be prorated according to the unused portion of your round.

Additional Information

• Rain checks are valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
• Rain checks have no cash value and are non-transferable.
• Rain checks must be requested in the Golf Shop before leaving the property.
• Rain checks are issued only for weather-related interruptions and are not provided when a player voluntarily leaves the course for reasons unrelated to weather.
• Rain checks are calculated based on the number of holes not completed and may be redeemed toward a future round of golf at Olde Homestead Golf Club.
• Tournament, outing, league, and special event rounds are subject to the terms of their event agreement.
