A personal fundraising website is created for each participant who is raising money to play 100 holes of golf. Each site will contain a personal picture of the participant as well as a quote about the organization. Once the websites are created and a goal has been set, each participant has a total of 30 days to raise as much money as they can, to meet that goal. All donations are processed through the website and participants can easily email their personal webpage to family and friends. As each individual raises money, a leader-board will keep track of each participant's total funds raised. Throughout the 30 days, there will be automatic incentives for each individual raising money (i.e. the first player to reach their personal goal, will receive a $50 VISA gift card). As individuals donate through the site, an automatic email notification is sent to the participant with all of that sponsor's contact information. This also makes it convenient to send thank-you letters to each sponsor after the event.
