Olde Homestead Golf Club

Fundraising Program

Olde Homestead Golf Club is proud to offer a new way to raise funds for your organization. This opportunity allows every member of your organization to contribute to your fundraising efforts by selling passes for various items at Olde Homestead; similar to a hoagie sale, but much more profitable.

We have compiled a list of items ranging from $5 to $60 (see page 3) that members of your organization can sell to the general public. The more passes your members sell for the Practice Facility, Par 3 course and 18-hole course, the greater return Olde Homestead will provide your organization.

So, if you have 20 members in your organization and they each sell $100 worth of passes, your organization will receive $400 from the fundraiser.

Now, you may be thinking that $100 is a lot of selling on the part of each volunteer, but it really isn’t. Whether it’s playing a round with a co-worker, 9 holes with the family, or a solo afternoon at the driving range, people already play golf! That’s what makes these passes so easy to sell and, in turn, make easy money for your organization.

In order to provide interested organizations with the opportunity to raise as much money as possible, a limited number of organizations will be allowed to participate in the program at one time. To reserve your spot or for more information, please contact Justin Smith at 610-298-GOLF (4653) or Justin@OldeHomesteadGolfClub.com.

Remember, it only takes 30 people selling $350 worth of passes each (which is not hard to do when you’re selling golf) to make your organization over $2,500.

So, how does it work?

  1. Choose a date you would like to start your fundraising and contact Olde Homestead. Olde Homestead will then work with you to set a period of time for selling.
  2. Inform Olde Homestead of the number of order forms needed and schedule a time to pick up those order forms. Additional order forms can be downloaded at www.OldeHomesteadGolfClub.com or picked up at the clubhouse.
  3. At the end of your selling period, inform Olde Homestead of your results. Olde Homestead will then schedule a time with you to pick up the pre-ordered passes and to turn in your check for the final amount due (made payable to Olde Homestead Golf Club).
