Food and Beverage Manager:
Olde

beverage operation.
As manager of this profit center, your skills go beyond managing day to
day
food and beverage operations as you will learn all phases of our
organization. Olde Homestead Golf Club is looking for a strong leader, who can manage a diverse staff and is an
excellent communicator; someone who is passionate about foods, customer
service,
and has the latest food and beverage knowledge. Someone with strong
organizational skills and human resource experience who knows how to
hire and train
staff, set-up training manuals and routines for the operation. A detail
oriented
trend-watcher who can adapt to changing environments. We will hire
someone who exudes positive energy, is passionate about their work and
can have fun while working hard. We are a hands-on organization with
long hours, we strive for excellence and want someone who is committed to
