Corporate Program
Eligibility Requirements: Any business is eligible to participate in any of the Corporate Programs listed below.
Corporate Program #1 $1,900
-50 guest passes, each good for one round of golf at Olde Homestead which includes greens fee, cart with GPS and range balls at our warm-up range (a $350 savings)
-Passes are valid Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, and expire End-of-Season 2011
-Note: Passes may not be used for tournaments or outings
Corporate Program #2 $2,500
-50 guest passes, each good for one round of golf at Olde Homestead which includes greens fee, cart with GPS and range balls at our warm-up range (a $500 savings)
-Passes are valid any time, including weekends and holidays, and expire End-of-Season 2011
-Note: Passes may not be used for tournaments or outings
Corporate Program #3 $3,750
-$3,750 will be placed into a House Account which allows one primary person to bring up to three guests to the course at anytime
-10% off all player fees
-10% off all food
-10% off select non-alcoholic beverages
-10% off all soft goods in the pro shop
-Note: Discounts are for published retail rates and do not include sales, specials, outings, tournaments or any price other than full retail rates. Alcohol and tobacco products are not discounted. Purchases from the Beverage Cart or Halfway House cannot be charged to the House Account.
How Program #3 Works: Once the application and fee have been received and approved, a House Account will be opened in the name of the primary person. The account will be debited for the amount of the purchase(s) minus the applicable discounts. The only requirement is to sign a receipt acknowledging the charges – it’s that easy. Only the primary person has access to the account, but he may charge up to three guest’s fees to the account. Additional funds may be added to the account in $1,000 increments throughout the season. If funds remain in the account at the end of the year, they may be rolled over to the following year provided the Corporate Program is renewed.

-$6,000 will be placed into a House Account, which allows two primary persons to each bring up to three guests to the course at anytime.
-15% off all players fees
-15% off all food
-15% off select non-alcoholic beverages
-15% off all soft good in the pro shop

Things to consider: The applicant and company are responsible for informing Olde Homestead Golf Club, in writing, of any changes to the primary person(s) on the House Account. Please allow one week to process all requests. Corporate Programs #3 and #4 require one of the primary persons to be present and sign for all charges. Program participants are required to follow club policies, and Olde Homestead Golf Club reserves the right to terminate any agreement at its sole discretion.
