Saturday (Day 1): 8:30am - Coffee and Donuts
9:00am - Registration, tee gifts given
10:00am - Shotgun start
-18 Holes
-4 Person Scramble
-Teams of 4 paired up with another 4 man team
-Skins
-Pot of Gold
-Lunch: Hot Dog and Bottled Soda
3:30pm - Dinner served at the Potato Cellar
-Menu: Half Rack of Baby Back Ribs and Boneless Chicken Smothered in BBQ Sauce, Baked Beans, Potato Salad, and Dinner Rolls with Butter

-New Pairings
-4 Person Scramble
-Teams of 4 paired up with another 4 man team

-Lunch: Hot Dog and Bottled Soda
3:30pm - Early Dinner and Awards Ceremony at the Potato Cellar
-Menu: Delicious Prime Rib Carving Station with Au Jus Sauce, Roasted Potatoes, Green Beans, Dinner Rolls with Butter, House Salad, and Scrumptious Desserts by Sally's Sweets
